We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover loss, or damage during transit.
📦 If You Purchased Shipping Protection:

Lost Orders: Claims are only eligible if the carrier confirms the package was lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Damaged Orders: You must send clear photos of the damage or leaking product within 48 hours of delivery. Without this, we cannot process a claim
If You Did Not Purchase Shipping Protection:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please consider adding protection at checkout to ensure coverage.
Return & Refund Policy Without Shipping Protection
We want to emphasize that every fragrance we offer is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the original bottle. However, scent preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee your personal satisfaction with a fragrance. Sampling is an essential part of discovering new scents, and we encourage thoughtful selection before purchasing. If you do not like a fragrance, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for that reason.
Returns & Refunds for Full Bottles
To maintain the integrity and authenticity of our products, we do not accept returns on full bottles unless they remain unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition with the original packaging intact. If your full bottle meets these requirements, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and any gift-wrapping fees.
To initiate a return, you must first obtain an approved return mailing label from our customer service team. Please contact us to request for a return shipping label before shipping your return.
Refunds & Replacements for Sample Sizes
Due to the nature of our decanted samples, all sales of sample items are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your sample arrives damaged, leaking, or broken in the package, you must provide photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement. Without a photo, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 3-15 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
